Tubular and long-item washers
Our tubular and long-item washers perform internal and external rinsing and optional fan-blowing and drying of goods, which is usually done in the same processing chamber.
The items are placed, via a portal or by a robot, on the washing machine’s conveyor belt manually or directly in the machine for cleaning and drying.
Rinsing is usually done from end to end in order to achieve maximum washing efficiency.
There are several different types of washers for tubular items (so called tubular washers) and long items, which are able to perform both one-piece, serial and batch washing.
Washing results
Washing results are affected by these factors:
- Washing Method (pressure , flow, technology)
- Time ( duration )
- Additives ( cleaning chemicals)
- Temperature ( liquid temperature )
