Dip washers

Our dip washers work based on the agitation method. A loading platform or an equivalent part makes upward and downward movements. The items are conveyed by an equivalent motion and the liquid processes all the surfaces, cavities and possible channels of the goods.

The non-complex and safe design provides reliable operation and a long life of the machine.

In combination with ultrasound, this type of washing equipment removes oils, greases and particles, and guarantees a high level of cleanliness.

The machines can be fitted with oil separators and a circulation pump which is connected to a filter unit for continuous cleaning of the washing liquid and optimisation of the washing results.
